Mori pieces are made to order in small batches. This page explains how shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and damaged-order support work for purchases made on morigoods.com.
Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Shipping timelines vary by product because each piece is built to order.
- Catchall Tray and other small goods: usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
- Nightstand and larger furniture pieces: usually ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
Once your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Delivery speed after shipment depends on destination and carrier handling.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Mori pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or furniture-sized pieces once production has begun. This includes made-to-order furniture such as the nightstand.
Small goods, including the Catchall Tray, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
To request a return or exchange, email hello@morigoods.com with your order number and the reason for the request. If your item is eligible, we will reply with the next steps.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact hello@morigoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can help quickly.
